Happy Birthday to Naldo!!

It was Naldo's birthday on Wednesday. After he got home from work, we went and ate at Tucanos Brazilian Grill! It was soooo good this time for some reason. We went for and early dinner and it was nice because there weren't a lot of people there yet! Afterwards, we went and walked around the mall a little bit and then we came home. Sarah and I got a cake and some icecream for him, but we didn't take any pictures of it!! Sooo..Happy Birthday Naldo!!

We spent New Years day at my brother Lucas' new house in Spanish Fork. My sister LaNae and her family came also. It was sooo much fun being together! We ate dinner, the kids played, watched football, played Guitar Hero World Tour...and it all ended so fast when once again, Sabrina decided to throw up. I had to bathe her and then we went home. She hasn't thrown up since, but 3 other people have gotten sick..so i'm wondering if she had some bug and shared with everyone. She never acted sick or had a fever which is weird for her..so who knows. We had fun and it was a great way to kick off the new year...with FAMILY!

Traveling to UTAH!!

We are in UTAH!!! It was a nice trip although we had to go a little slow. The roads were pretty clear, just a little slick in a few spots. About Tremonton, Sabrina cried a little cry and wanted out of her carseat. We told her we were getting closer and we were almost there...needless to say the little cry and wanting to get out of her carseat was because she had to throw up. It was super nasty and her clothes were in the very back of the super tightly packed car. We ended up stripping her down to her diaper, wrapping her up in a towel and her coat and we cleaned up as much as we could in her seat. The rest of the trip seemed to take forever because we just wanted to be there already and get Sabrina cleaned up. We have been having a great time here!

DDR Super FUN

SO, I was one of those crazy after thanksgiving super early bird shoppers. My nephew, Josh and I, left around midnight to go to Nampa to Best Buy. We got there at 12:35 and we were still like 50 people back from the door. We practically froze to death, but it was worth it because he was able to get a laptop cheap and some DVD's he wanted and this Dance Dance Revolution Supernova game. He bought 2 of them because they were only 14.99 (Regularly 59.99) I also bought this game, Guitar Hero Aerosmith, and a present for my husband!! We have fun with it..and now I'm wishing I would have bought 2 of them because it is cheaper to buy 2 for 14.99 each than to buy just the dance pad alone...darn it...OH WELL...we still have fun taking turns!

Ward Christmas Party

Our ward Christmas party was a few weeks ago, but I'm slow at posting!! We had a breakfast and other activities. It was fun and the girls really enjoyed themselves. Sarah told Santa she wanted a Fur Real chipmunk and Sabrina told Santa she wanted baby bubbles. Everytime we go to a party and they come home with loot bags, they usually have a little bottle of bubbles. Sabrina was let down when the loot bag from Santa didn't have baby bubbles so that is what she asked for!! Silly kid!!! We'll see if Santa comes through for her the 2nd time around!! :)

Happy Birthday LaNae

So today is my little sisters birthday!! Not only is she my little sister, she is the youngest child in the family. Today she turned the big 25...so in honor of her 25th birthday, I am going to say 25 things I love about my sister!! Here it goes...

1. She is the best SISTER anyone could ever want...even though growing up it didn't seem that way...when we were little kids.
2. She is the best MOTHER to her 2 sweet girls, JaRae and ShaeLynn.
3. She is a super WIFE...just ask her husband..
4. She bakes some of the best goodies in the entire world!
5. She keeps a beautiful house.
6. She loves to make learning kits for her kids
7. She has a bachelors degree!!
8. She had a 4.0 in HS..only kid in our family!
9. She is a good fisher-woman! and duck catcher!
10. She has tolerated a great amount of pain in her life time and still continues to...
11. She knows how to turn a bad situation into something good.
12. She used to match her socks and underwear...
13. She used to collect bears..I'm not so sure if she still does
14. She is an awesome tennis player
15. She likes to travel and see new places
16. She is very family oriented
17. She is a college football fan...and other sports too...and has gone to several games
18. She is a great mentor and someone you can always trust
19. She can be very spontaneous..
20. She is a great listener and isn't afraid to share her opinion no matter what the situation is.
21. She has strong morals and will defend them until she is blue in the face.
22. She loves children with disabilities or handicaps
23. She would love to have a lot of children of her own and adopt disability children later.
24. She has a strong testimony of the Church.
25. She loves her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
